During these difficult times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Experion’s thoughts are toward the health and safety of its staff, contractors, valued customers, our families, and the community both locally and worldwide. We believe that everyone must do their part to ensure the health and safety of all.
As a company we are closely monitoring and following the COVID-19 guidance of our federal and local government authorities, as well as global health organizations in order to act responsibly; prioritizing the health of our employees and contractors and the safety of our customers and the communities in which we operate.
In early March, Experion followed the advice of government authorities and halted non-essential company travel, which means we will not participate in conferences or large gatherings until further notice.
In addition to travel restrictions, we are following guidance provided by government authorities in order to maintain a healthy and safe workplace. The COVID-19 pandemic protocols we have implemented at our site are designed to safeguard our employees, product and our customers. While operating under these protocols, Experion still can effectively cultivate, process and ship our premium cannabis products, and will continue to do so during these difficult times. Our Health Canada certified facility already includes extensive cleaning and sanitation requirements, but as mentioned, we have implemented extra protocols specific to the COVID-19 pandemic such as:
