Experion is a Health Canada Licenced Producer (LP) of medical and adult-use cannabis regulated under The Cannabis Act. You can confirm licence status, and that of any other legal provider of cannabis, on Health Canada’s website. Our products are lab tested and quality assured. Every batch is 3rd party lab tested for pesticides, heavy metals, aflatoxins, bacteria, and microbials.
There are two ways to purchase legal cannabis in Canada:
Traveling with cannabis within Canada is permitted, but if carrying more than 30 grams, you must have your registration document, and have it stored in the original container.

Experion does not provide a card, however you will need to keep a copy of your recommendation when you have your medical cannabis in your possession.
Currently, very few insurers cover medical cannabis for a limited number of conditions. It is not covered by most insurance plans. However, medical cannabis may be claimed as a medical expense on your income tax return, under Line 330.
Health Canada states that the ideal storage temperature for dried cannabis is 2°C to 6°C with a shelf life of 12 months.

No, only Healthcare Professionals under the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada can authorize the use of medical cannabis. This means Medical Doctors (M.D.) or in some cases Nurse Practitioners can prescribe cannabis.
Once we receive the Medical Document from your doctor we will begin validating your prescription and creating your account for online ordering. This can take anywhere from 48 hours up to a week. If your doctor/clinic has submitted your paperwork and you haven’t heard from us in over a week, please contact our Client Care at support@experionwellness.com and we will check on the status for you.
The registration renewal process is the same as the initial registration process. You’ll need to complete a new Registration Form and submit a new original Medical Document. You will receive an email reminder from Experion Wellness 60& 30 days prior to your renewal date.

Once an order is received, it can take up to 2 business days for processing.
We ship via Purolator, and estimated delivery times are as follows:
Purolator Express – 1-2 business days*
A signature is required upon delivery, and shipments can only be sent to the shipping address associated with your account.
Please note that we cannot ship outside of Canada.

Shipping is calculated based on the size of the package, delivery location and time frame in which you wish to receive the package. Shipping costs are not covered by Experion but we do have a variety of options available at different price-points.
